Laxmi Chaudhry 
has over 30 year's international experience in strategic and operational Human Resources and many years as a Cross-Cultural Specialist and Trainer. She has lived in UK, Singapore, and Tanzania and worked across Europe and Asia, including India.

Laxmi was HR Director for The McGraw-Hill Companies (US multinational) for UK/Europe and then for Asia Pacific for 14 years.

Laxmi has conducted training and spoken at several conferences in Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Poland, Sweden, UK as well
as in India and Singapore plus remotely to participants worldwide. She has worked
with global organisations in a very wide range of sectors.

Laxmi has BA (Hons.) in Business Studies and is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute
of Personnel Development (CIPD) UK. She sits on the Advisory Board of Hays
Executive and operates as a mentor for SEEDA, a UK government body. She is
Master Trainer in Cross Cultural training and Performance Management. She speaks Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi and Gujarati.

Vinod has over 30 years international experience in financial and general management plus many years as a cross-cultural specialist and trainer. He has lived and worked in UK, Europe, India and Asia as well as working extensively with US companies.

Vinod was Finance and Business Director for a UK food company and then for the UK/Europe subsidiary of a US multinational in the online information in the financial services sector. He worked in a senior capacity on a project in India for 2 years and was involved in projects and doing business with Asia, Europe, Middle-East and USA.

Vinod has conducted training in Austria, France, and UK as well as coaching in India. He has worked with global organisations in many sectors at all levels of management. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from the UK. He speaks Hindi, Punjabi & Urdu.


Anke has many years experience in Marketing and Total Quality Management. She was involved in a major worldwide change programme for a large German company. She has over 11 years experience as a cross-cultural trainer. She is based in Germany.

Anke has facilitated training in Germany, South-East Asia and Japan and with the European Commission. She co-authored a book on Team Development.

Anke holds a Masters degree in Business Economics and speaks English, French and German.


Natalie has over 20 years experience as a cross-cultural trainer. She has lived in France, Mexico, UK and US. Natalie is based in France.

Natalie has conducted training for all levels of management, staff and expatriates. Based on her experience and research, NL has written a book on French and American perceptions.

Natalie has a Master's in Intercultural Communication. She speaks English, French and Spanish.


Pari has over 18 years of experience working in Human Resources with multinational companies, with expertise on emerging markets. She has trained senior executives and virtual teams in intercultural competence and global team development. , She is based in Vienna Austria.

Pari specialises in helping companies better understand working and living in the Middle East and Islamic countries.

Pari holds a PhD in International Human Resources Management. She contributes to academic journals and is a regular speaker at international conferences and is fluent in English and Persian plus speaks basic German.

Maureen Ranotin

Maureen is a cross-cultural trainer and executive coach with many years' experience. She was European Product Leader for a U.S. based multinational and an Export Director for a French electronics company. She operates from France and the US.

Maureen has worked extensively throughout Europe, the Middle East and Asia. She is HITeaming Certified by "Advanatara (R) Global Executive Coach Training Institute.

Raj is an Equality and Diversity Professional with a strong Human Resources, Training and Research background. Fully conversant with UK anti- discrimination law, he also has specialist knowledge of new UK legislation on age, sexual orientation and religion.

Raj has experience in strategic development and implementation of equality and diversity policies in both public and private sectors at a senior level. As an experienced equalities trainer he is able to offer training on the more technical side of implementing equality, which is essential to effective performance management.

Raj holds a BSc in Sociology and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and holds a Diploma in Community Interpreting Services. He is fluent in Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi.
